SANDSATIONAL SUMMER EVENT AT SPA RESORT CASINO:
On Saturday, July 2 from 1 – 6 p.m., Spa Resort Casino is hosting Sandsational Summer, an outdoor festival with food, drink and live entertainment at the corner of N. Indian Canyon and E. Andreas Road in downtown Palm Springs. The area will be transformed into a beachside paradise, with food vendors, bar service, a live band, kid friendly attractions, shaded spots with misters, and the debut of a spectacular sand sculpture. Champion sculptors from Sandscapes will be at work building a large sand sculpture outside Spa Resort Casino during the three days leading up to the Sandsational Summer event. Based in California, Sandscapes creates eye-catching thrills for festival goers the world over and holds 12 separate World Sand Sculpting Championship titles.
