The Purple Palm restaurant at Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs is offering a special “Love to the Locals” three-course menu starting on June 20, featuring some of Chef Nick Tall’s favorite dishes like pan-braised butterfish with Manila clams, baby artichoke, purple vegetables, caldo verde (see below for full menu).


The special menu is priced at $39 per person and available Sunday through Thursday evenings from 5 – 9 p.m. A la carte wine and cocktails as well as the full regular menu are also available during the special. The Love to the Locals special menu will continue through October 1, 2016.

Cavatelli Pasta

lemon ricotta, tomato, olive, fennel, three herb pesto
