Outstanding in the Field - Coachella 2014

Outstanding in the Field is a roving culinary adventure that travels the country, as well as abroad, on a mission to reconnect diners to the land and the origins of their food, while honoring local farmers and artisans. Outstanding in the Field has teamed up with Goldenvoice to offer Outstanding in the Field dinners during this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Located inside of the festival grounds in the Rose Garden area of the Empire Polo Club, these dinners present a unique (and delicious!) opportunity to enhance your Coachella experience.

There are two dinner seatings on each day of the festival’s two weekends, for a total of twelve dinners. Each day features a special chef lineup:

Weekend One:
Friday, April 11: Casey Lane, Scratch Hospitality and The Tasting Kitchen
Saturday, April 12: Steve Samson, Sotto
Sunday, April 13: Greg A. Daniels, Salt Air

Weekend Two:
Friday, April 18: TBD
Saturday, April 19: Rory Herrmann, Sprout Restaurant Group
Sunday, April 20: Clark Staub, Full of Life Flatbread

In order to attend one of the Outstanding in the Field dinners during Coachella, you must either already have Coachella general admission or VIP tickets for that weekend and then purchase a separate ticket to Outstanding in the Field on the date that you are interested in attending, or purchase a package that includes Coachella tickets and the Outstanding in the Field dinner. Dinner tickets and festival pass combo packages can be purchased here for Weekend One and here for Weekend Two. Each Outstanding in the Field dinner includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages (must be 21+ for alcoholic beverages) and a four-course meal (vegetarian and vegan requests will be accommodated).
