Outdoor living is such an integral part of Palm Springs life, and the backyard at casa de Palm Springs Style was begging for a bit of a makeover!
We desperately needed a seating solution that would check a number of boxes:
- Stylish
- Comfortable
- Seats a bunch of people
- Fits between a built-in planter and the wall around the pool equipment
- Hold up in the harsh desert weather
We were excited to find the Koro Sectional at Living Spaces. You can customize your configuration to fit your space and needs; in our case, we went with a six piece set up to make an L-shaped sectional with a chaise on one side. It fits perfectly between the concrete built-in cactus planter and the little wall around the pool equipment, and at 136″ wide and 99″ deep, it can seat a lot of people.
The base is resin wicker and built to withstand the elements. Outdoor furniture can be such a challenge in Palm Springs — the sun and sand are really tough on furniture! The cushion fabric is water and mildew resistant, which is great when you’ve got folks coming out of the pool in wet swimsuits.
The grey-on-grey combo is a great neutral base that can be changed up periodically by swapping out the pillows and rug. We went with a pink and yellow palette using Soukie Modern pieces that feel perfect for summertime in Palm Springs!
A big thank you to Living Spaces for providing the Koro Sectional! You can check out their full selection of outdoor furniture here!
