Sushi lovers, rejoice! Nobu, the world-famous Japanese restaurant founded by Chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa, is coming to the desert during the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament, from February 28 through March 16, 2014.
Located in the newly-redesigned Indian Wells Tennis Garden just outside of Palm Springs, Nobu Indian Wells will offer its amazing cuisine for a limited time during the tournament, with the restaurant open to the general public on Friday, February 28 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, March 2 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Monday, March 3 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Tuesday, March 4 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. From March 5 – 16, the restaurant will be open to BNP Paribas Open ticket holders only, with the hours on March 5 – 15 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on March 16 from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. All dining at Nobu Indian Wells is on a walk-in basis, with no reservations being accepted.
The Nobu Indian Wells menu is full of tantalizing options, including the famous ‘Nobu Tacos,’ numerous sashimi and sushi selections, delicious signature hot entrees like Black Cod with Miso, and a number of decadent desserts like the Bento Box Warm Chocolate Soufflé Cake.
